Domestic delivery times will be solely depending on courier companies capacity.
Standard Delivery should be 1-3 working days for major cities in West Malaysia, not more than 10 working days for other places or buyer will be informed. Delivery time frame might be extended during major festival sessions which we will provide advanced notice on our website, and it should be considered as acceptance condition by buyer upon order confirmed.

Order cancellation will only applies before the shipment in place. Whenever a tracking number had been issued, means it had been shipped and no longer able to perform Order Cancellation.
